Of course, you are right, Mike. Capacitor C71 has to charge initially when power is applied. This has the same effect has pressing the power on button. Thanks

I'll have to dig mine out and check it again, Mike. I don't recall if mine shows this behaviour. I must be mis-remembering it's initial power applied
