This is a group that provides free support to ASP users on any platform, at all levels, covering subjects as far ranging as .NET, ADO, SQL and HTML. This group has grown to over 1,800 members quicker than any other Yahoo programming group, with absolutely no advertising because we have a simple purpose: to fix errors and help out developers who end up like this guy on the right here.

We only allow error related posts. Any other posts must be cleared with a moderator first. Please contact asp-support-group-owner@yahoogroups.com to check if an off-topic post is OK.

If you want to make sure a post is valid, ask yourself these questions:

1. Have I tried to do it myself, to the best of my abilities?
2. Have I tried Google.com?
3. Is my problem an error, and have I gathered all the information needed?

Any questions sent to the group must contain the following things where possible:

1. The code from the relevant page
2. The full error message
3. A brief description of why you are stuck
4. An accurate and applicable subject line

Please mark the line on which the error is occuring.

The following is not allowed in this group and will get you a warning, and possibly more severe action if the problem persists.

1. Cross posting to multiple groups. If your problem is very urgent then we suggest trying a chat room and not posting to every ASP group you can find.
2. Advertising. We don't allow any advertising without the permission of the list owner (unless a suitably large back-hander is provided).
3. Egos, hang-ups and delusions of grandeur. This is a list for programmers, and as such should not be used for personal conflicts.
