We offer news and updates for the Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council and Northeast LA community (including Cypress Park, Glassell Park, Eagle Rock, Highland Park and Lincoln Heights). We send no more than one email a day. Announcements do not represent official positions of the ASNC, but are included to be of possible interest to the list members.

The Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council was certified on Oct. 2, 2002 to represent, as a coalition, the communities of Mt. Washington, Sycamore Grove, Montecito Heights, Monterey Hills, and Hermon. A full description of the Neighborhood Council can be found at the website.
