The "Yangon to Manila Bay: A New Cruising Playground" Inaugural Symposium Malaysia 2005 (YTM Symposium) that was held in Kuala Lumpur on 26th and 27th May, 2005, had achieved its objectives of serving as a catalyst to further the growth of the marine tourism industry as well as the sailing industry, so as to create a cruising playground around the waters of ASEAN.

This Group has been openned to facilitate an ongoing communications link for the participants of this event and is open to others interested in the expansion of Marine Tourism in the Asian Region.
