the ap_discuss list is _mostly_ unmoderated

What I mean by this is the posts of existing
members are unmoderated providing the
material they post to the list is relevant.

If they start posting the sort of stuff outlined
belwo then their future posts are moderated

New members are initally moderated
and I do screen out posts that are
- personal insults,
- irrelevant to the list
- spam that is being posted all over the net
- contains more then 50% quotations

Also
1 Do not send posts to this list that are also
being sent to other lists

2. No one can post more then twice a day to
this list

Anyone who has been on other
political lists will know why this is
a good idea.

I hope to make all of this fairer by
involving some additional people
from the anarchist platform list in the
moderation as the list develops.
