WhiteHouse.gov :: More Asking & Voting :: Closes 9:30am 3/26/09..   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #71 of 75 |
Just heard about this a few seconds ago.. Still trying to maneuver
around the site myself so wanted to pass along its existence before I
got too far distracted..

This is a subdomain, subsite of WhiteHouse.gov that is currently labled
"Your Questions on the Economy".. They're calling it a
community-moderated town hall.. The top voted questions will be answered
at approximately 11:30am EDST, Thursday, March 26, 2009 therefore asking
and voting closes at 9:30am EDST to give them time to organize..

The town hall start page is found at:

http://www.whitehouse.gov/OpenForQuestions/

I've let my browser search for a registration link (CTRL-F) but did not
find that terminology.. Turns out that instead, when you click on "Sign
In" at the bottom of the navigation links on the left hand side of the
screen, you are taken to a page that performs both registration and
logging in.. That page may be found at:

https://www.whitehouse.gov/member/register/

If anyone has any trouble at all, *AT ALL*, navigating the website, the
WhiteHouse.gov contact form to use to inform them of any accessibility
adjustments, i.e. accommodations needed may be found at:

http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/

Hope, Dignity, and Justice for us all..

Cindy Sue
