Attachment Parents of the Peninsula or APP (formerly Bay Area Community of Attachment Parents in San Mateo County) is a community of families who support each other in applying the philosophies of attachment parenting.

We have weekly all-age and age-specific playdates, quarterly family picnics, a babysitting co-op, a monthly online newsletter and In-A-Pinch meals for new parents, in addition to our on-line support and cameraderie. Our community is supportive and inclusive and while we aspire to practice Attachment Parenting principles, we recognize that the circumstances for each family and/or each child are unique.

We are a dues-supported group with annual membership fees of $24 (for June-May and prorated accordingly). If you would like to join us:
