Re: [APCO25hamradio] How are you guys implementing identification of a repeater?

Quantar on 2 meters (147 MHz) here in Southern California.

Just running the built in CW ID'er in analog, works fine.

Good luck on your project.

We have been experimenting with a simple repeater passing P25.
It is crude, but working.
Fortunately, we have access to good test equipment, and have been able to get the BER to zero with good signals, and usable with mobile and some portable.
Some improvement will be needed, but we are encouraged to work on it.
I am wondering how others have implemented identification of your P25 repeaters?
Are you just ID'ing by voice on P25, with CW in analog or what?
Looking for ideas.
