This Forum is created under the aegis of an informal society called 'Mashal-e-Raah' by Students and Alumni of Geology Department, AMU, Aligarh (India). It's an attempt to reunite and form a link between all the Geologists from AMU and intended to establish a viable and effective communication among them.

The main Objectives of this forum are to build-up strong relationship among all the Alumni, Students, Research Scholars, Teaching and Non-teaching staffs of the department; to start and catalyze the chain interaction of successful Geologists with enthusiastic students and to help Alumni, Students and Scholars of the department by making necessary discussions and facilitating the exchange of information among the community.

This group provides a platform for sharing of news, views, discussions, suggestions & experiences. It includes messages, photographs, database, files, important links etc; all related to the field of Geology, AMU etc.
