We are an association of model railway enthusiasts working in the larger scales S, 0, 1, G and upwards. The Association has the express aim of keeping modellers in touch with the trade and trade in touch with the modellers. The Association is non-political, open to anyone interested in model railways in the larger scales, be it electric, steam, clockwork etc. We are not a replacement for any existing societies, groups, clubs etc. but believe we compliment them.

Membership of this group is moderated group. Members of the Assn should quote their membership number when asking to join the group.

Please keep "on topic" and polite and courteous in all your
postings.
Please use your name in any posting.
There should not be any blatant commercial advertising but members
in business may add a link to their signature block if they wish.
Traders, dealers, etc., can mention that they stock items as a
result of a member's enquiry and private sales and wants are
permissible, providing they are within topic.

When replying to an earlier posting:
Please edit the previous message and include only enough of the
original to give your reply sufficient context, especially to what
appears below signature blocks and to those receiving digests.
Please keep an eye on the subject.

If a thread carries on for a little while the subject can begin to
change: when it does please change the subject heading.

Please, accept typing errors, spelling, etc., but it helps everyone
if you check your message before posting it.
