The purpose of AFE's online bulletin board is to:

• Disseminate time-sensitive information quickly.
• Supplement the AFE newsletter when events arise after the publication date.

A statement of list purpose and guidelines is mailed to each new subscriber upon subscribing to the list; please read it through completely and keep it for your records.

Note that a Yahoo account is not required to subscribe to the mailing list (though you do need one if you want to access member features of this web page, such as reading message archives or creating or voting in polls) -- if you would like to subscribe to the list but prefer not to create a Yahoo account at this time, all you have to do is send email to AFE_Online_Bulletin_Board-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.
