If you post your work here, don't expect sugar-coated critiques. It's all about becoming better writers, not stroking egos. The ACWclub has some of the best critiquers on the 'net, but be warned: You may not like what they have to say about your writing. If you can't take it, then please move on to another group.

If you receive negative comments, please do not waste our time with defensive or vengeful posts. Always ignore comments that are not helpful, and if you're offended or hurt, find some other way to vent your frustration.

Please do not critique the critiquers.

This isn't a typical writing club. We're small, but intense, and you'll need thick skin to handle some of our critiquers.
