The ACDI/VOCA Volunteers Yahoo Group* is for people who have volunteered or are willing to volunteer for an ACDI/VOCA assignment.

This forum was developed for volunteers and prospective volunteers to:
- seek/give information on upcoming volunteer assignments
- seek/give assistance in providing assignment follow-up and sharing
resources
- network with other volunteers
- post useful information about volunteering with ACDI/VOCA
- post public outreach activity and media contact

Group etiquette:
- do not reply to ACDIVOCAVolunteers@yahoogroups.com unless you intend for every group member to see your message
- if you connect with someone and plan to have a dialogue, please continue your conversation outside of the group through personal e-mail
- kindly acknowledge other members for their feedback and responses, as you would want to be acknowledged
- do not post chain letters, spam or solicitations
- do not post a private e-mail message to the list that you have received from someone else without his or her express permission to do so
- do not post copyrighted materials
- do not hesitate to contact ACDI/VOCA through official channels (as opposed to this forum) on any item materially important to our operations
- do ask questions, share your advice and post your assignments, photos, helpful links, etc.—the group is only as useful as you make it
