1. "APA Curtain Call: The Encore Presentation" Planning Meeting
Date: Wednesday. October 15, 2008
Time: 6:30-7:30pm
Place: Margaret Brent Room
APA Curtain Call was created last school year by a group of students and student groups interested in bringing APA talent out to be recognized! Featuring the smooth sounds of R&B artist VuDoo Soul and the mellow beats of the cell-rock artists of the Ken Oak Band, APA Curtain Call was a successful coffeehouse themed event, complete with art, coffee, and snacks that showcased raw, APA talent. Furthermore, the show included opening acts by young APA singers, musicians, and dancers like yourself!
If you'd like to be a part of this unique event bringing together music, muffins, and the creative talent of the community, come out to the very first brainstorming meeting happening next Wednesday, at 6:30 PM, at the Margaret Brent Room in Stamp Student Union. Come help organize this unique event! We need digital artists, ideas for upcoming APA performers to invite, show opening acts, people to coordinate snacks & coffee, people to conduct auditions, PR people, and so much more! Bring your ideas to the table this Wednesday. We'll see you there.
Contact Tiffany at tiff.yee@... or Boosaba at BoosabaJ@... if you have any questions.
