A forum for displaying labels of 78rpm records.
Rules are simple:
Post images of:
1: any 78rpm record, from any era
2: any record older than 1945
3: in moderation, other labels relating to discussion of 78 labels previously posted.
Limit image postings to a reasonable amount. Vague, I know, but some members have slow or expensive connection.
TRY to keep image sizes below 250k each.
No spam, flaming, or anything else that might be detrimental to the group or it's members.
NO images taken from copyrighted material such as ARLIE, or from websites other than your own.
EXCEPTION: Auction sites such as eBay, Yahoo, etc.
Discussion on scanned labels is also welcome. Lurkers welcome, posters encouraged!
Helpful hints:
1: Everyone is welcome, sorry for pre-approval process, it's to keep out the spammers and spam-bots.
2: Note that you do not have to subscribe to view images. You do have to subscribe to post. If your worried about the amount of data coming into your inbox, subscribe, and place email preference at "No Mail". You can then view the images at this site, contribute to the discussion, but not have to have all images download to your computer.
3: You can only post text from this site. Image attachments must attached from your e-mail program. Yahoo's rules, not mine.
