5United is for enthusiasts of BMW's /5 series of motorcycles, built from 1970 - 1973. Our club centers around an e-mail list of technical discussion, but members also plan get-togethers for riding and socializing. Reflectors
I have a /6 now to go with "Colonel Klink", my /5. The metal reflectors for the front forks are no longer available, any one know of a s/hand set for sale.

I wouldn't mess with the heads. It's very easy to add vacuum take-off ports to a Bing carb. Or better yet, swap your original carbs for a pair of later Bings
