Try Quick nut, Quick Acting Inserts, Quick Acting Knobs and Quick reless it can go by other name. But it is use in tool and die work both http://www.mcmaster.com/ and http://www.reidsupply.com/
Also there other type of zuick nut not lised on the sites and are custom made. Like the vise type
