Do any of you have a rate of gain requirement for livestock at your fair? If so
what is it for each species?

Ours is 1.3 swine
.4 lambs
.2 goats
1.5 beef

We used to use minimum and maximum weights. We took the maximum weight off the beef and lambs many years ago. This year we have no maximum weight for swine....	karismaamw22	Jul 19, 2009 4:50 am
