Established in March, 2005 and moderated by Joseph Martin, this Washington, DC-based Yahoo Group is a non-police-operated discussion board for the area covered by the Fourth District ("4D") of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) This Yahoo Group exists to encourage constructive dialogue around public safety issues primarily.

You are also strongly encouraged to attend your MPD Patrol Service Area meetings. It is a superb way to get to know the officers who patrol our neighborhoods.
