This E-Group was formed to provide an on line internet capability for any and all alumni who served in the 497th RTG, or its sister units the 496th, Det 1, and/or other, to include Army, Navy, Air Force and Civilian folks.

We encourage you to trade memories, war stories, keep in touch, and help us find the "missing" members who may be lurking out there looking to renew old friendships.

We respectfully request that members refrain from posting messages not related to the purpose statement in the preceding paragraph. This is not a forum to promote political, religious or any other topic that is not related to alumni sharing memories and finding old friends.
