****"2E Network LA" is an international group of over 250 parents and professionals (based in Los Angeles area, since April, 2008) dedicated to raising awareness and support for families of children with high intellectual abilities and also special needs and learning differences such as ADHD/ADD, Autism, Asperger's, LD's, visual or hearing impairments, Down's, diabetes, cancer, spinal cord injuries, physical disabilities, and any other learning or health issues. We are inclusive, meaning we support parents and professionals of ALL children with special needs. We share parenting and educational resources (including homeschooling), community events, enrichment activities, advocacy and training. We recognize our children to be unique individuals with unique needs to be understood, loved and positively supported in the best way possible. We stand up for them and speak out for them, and most of all we accept them with all of their unique qualities and capabilities.
