Description

This group is created with regarding to gripes about Magellan promise to provide Crossover upgrade for Magellan 2200T Roadmate GPS.

Now that conversion to Crossover is a historical fact, this group is concerned with software and firmware updates as well.

I tried it out and refreshed my memory. I connected my 2200T to my Netbook(XP-sp3)via usb cable. XP noted the connection and started up the Wizard asking for

If my memory doesn't fail me you do not need to install the drivers as they are part of the fw exec file.  So if you can get an xp compatible mode working on

If you downloaded my package you have the drivers as well as the two FW updates. The issue is Win 7.  If you can get a hold of an xp box you should be able to
