This group is for information on the Neighborhood Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) for Beat 18Y, otherwise known as Manzanita. The Manzanita NCPC serves everyone who lives, works, studies, worships or conducts business in the City of Oakland's 18Y Police Beat. The Manzanita NCPC serves areas of Oakland, California known as China Hill and outer San Antonio. The boundaries are (East) I-580, (West)E.21st Street, (North) 14th Avenue and (South) 23rd Avenue. Join us as we work together to reduce crime and address the quality of life issues that face our neighborhood.
