A comparative study of extant garments relevant to East Denmark in the mid-to-late 14th Century
A great study of 14th century garments. This may seem a bit removed from 12th century, but considering how rare 12th century info is, take a good look at this precise and well written article.

Some (extant) clothing of the middle ages
This site describes (in detail) original medieval garments which have been found. None are definately 12th century (no bilauts), but earlier and later garments give us a good idea of what was possible in the 12th century.
