On Sunday, June 29th, 1:30 PM, the 101 Artists' Colony presents back-
to-back legends.

Steve White www.stevewhiteblues.com plus Jack Tempchin & Rocket
Science www.tempchin.com kick off the 101 Artists' Colony's Summer
Concert Series at the Encinitas Library Community Room, located at
540 Cornish Drive, between "D" and "E" streets, behind (but not
accessible from) Encinitas City Hall. Parking is available at the
library and City Hall.

Sponsored by County Supervisor Pam Slater-Price through a Community
Enhancement Grant, the 101 Artists' Colony Concert Series will run
through the Summer at this incredible new venue for North County.
Overlooking the ocean through huge picture windows, the community
room has great acoustics and seats over a hundred, a perfect spot to
hear these two performances. The only disturbance might be the
muffled sound of a train just to remind you that you're still in
Encinitas in case the music takes you to another place.

Steve White can take you to the dirt roads of the south or places
across the globe where he has traveled and performed. Lucky for us he
always comes back here. There's no telling where Rocket Science will
take you. With this many musicians writing and singing their own
songs you can "feel the real". And Jack Tempchin's rock & roll
classics will take you back to a time when there weren't so many
traffic jams on the Coast Highway.
